Shanelle was raised on a dairy farm and attended Evangel College and Edinboro University. She founded Falcon in 1980 and oversees all departments and the general operations of the company. She also serves as Chariman of the Board of United Electric and has served on the board for 8 years. She is married and has one daughter. In her spare time she raises Tennessee Walking Horses and Labrador Retriever dogs.

Jeff was drafted in 1967 and spent 2 years in the army. He attended Cameron State College, Westmoreland and Allegheny County Community College, and Penn State University. Following his education, Jeff became a registered surveyor in 1974 and practiced the surveying and engineering business for a number of years. He founded Shaffer Mining Corporation in 1976 and co-founded Toolx Manufacturing in 1978. Jeff entered the title business with Falcon in 1992, where he has abstracted and marketed Falcon's quality services. In his spare time he golfs, hunts, and raises Labrador retriever dogs.

Traci has her bachelors degree from Clarion University. She is the manager of all aspects of the corporation and she conducts closings throughout our service area. Traci has been with Falcon since June 1993.

Lorrie is a graduate of Clarion University. She prepares and conducts closings held in our main office. Lorrie resides in New Bethlehem and has been with Falcon since March 1999.

Lora attended Browrd County Community College and Allegheny County Community College. She processes and conducts closings in counties near our main office. Lora resides in New Bethlehem.

Sandy processes closings and prepares all aspects of HUD settlement statements. Sandy is a resident of Hawthorn borough.

Sky processes closings and prepares all aspects of HUD settlement statements. Sky attended and graduated from DuBois Business College. She studied Accounting and Business Administration.

Ellen is in charge of all typing and proofing. She handles all major projects such as malls, plazas, and factories. Ellen has been with Falcon since April 1992.

Candace is a graduate from Oakbridge Academy of Arts. She coordinates abstractor dispatching and performs in-house research. She also does most general office duties which includes typing titles and props.

Candace is a graduate of Slippery Rock University and Clarion University majoring in Secondary Education and Rehab Science. She performs in-house research and also does most general office duties which includes typing titles and props.

Gerry abstracts and does closings primarily in McKean, Potter, and Cameron Counties. He also has his notary. Gerry resides in Keating Summit and serves on various boards of directors of electric and natural gas companies.

Elizabeth came to Falcon with several years of prior experience performing Oil and Gas searches. She works primarily in the counties of Warren and Forest.

Erin attended Clarion University and abstracts in all 15 counties that we cover. She has been abstracting with Falcon since 1990.

Noah is a Graduate of Jefferson County DuBois AVTS majoring in Computer Network Engineering and is Microsoft Certified and Network plus Certified. He keeps our network of more than 20 computers up and running. He also handles the Flood Certifications. In his spare time he raises whitetail deer.

Brandi is a graduate of DuBois Business College. She is an abstractor and works in the office. While at the office she is typing research items, answering the phone, and faxing.

Heather attended Clarion University and has a masters degree from Gannon University. She is an abstractor and works in the office. While at the office she is typing research items, answering the phone, and faxing. She has been with Falcon since March 1997.

Lisa attended Clarion University. She is in charge of accounts receivable, payable and takes care of all personnel records.

Debbie currently scans and indexes the images in our digital title plant. She has a Bachelor's degree from Clarion University.
