Shanelle was raised on a dairy farm and attended Evangelical College and Edinboro University. She founded Falcon in 1980 and oversees all departments and the general operations of the company. She also serves as Chariman of the Board of United Electric and has served on the board for 8 years. She is married and has one daughter. In her spare time she raises Tennessee Walking Horses and Labrador Retriever dogs. |

Jeff was drafted in 1967 and spent 2 years in the army. He attended Cameron State College, Westmoreland and Allegheny County Community College, as well as Penn State University. Following his education, Jeff became a registered surveyor in 1974 and practiced the surveying and engineering business for a number of years. He founded Shaffer Mining Corporation in 1976 and co-founded Toolx Manufacturing in 1978. Jeff entered the title business with Falcon in 1992, where he has abstracted and marketed Falcon's quality services. In his spare time, Jeff golfs, hunts, and raises Labrador retriever dogs. |

Traci has her bachelors degree from Clarion University. She is the manager of all aspects of the corporation and she conducts closings throughout our territory. Traci has been with Falcon since June 1993. |
